Will My Items Arrive Safely?
At Barkin Dog Bakery, we do our best to package every item with quality materials. We hand select the materials used in every package based on the items being shipped. Additionally, all packages are inspected prior to shipping, in accordance with our quality standards, to ensure we do our part to have your package arrive in the best possible condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee items will arrive undamaged as we are not responsible for the handling of packages once they leave our location. We rely on shipping carriers to also handle your package appropriately. Should your item arrive damaged, please see our Shipping Policies.
Does Barkin Dog Bakery Offer FREE Shipping?
Absolutely, we offer FREE ground shipping* on all orders over $45 with any discounts included. (This offer is not valid for wholesale customers.)
*Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories. We offer ground shipping rates to Hawaii and Alaska.
Where Do You Ship?
Currently, Barkin Dog Bakery does not ship Internationally. At this time, we are shipping to the contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. For further shipping related questions, please see our Shipping Policy.
What Do I Do If I have not Received My Order?
If you have not received your order by the estimated delivery date or if your order shows delivered but you have not received it, first contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. The shipping carrier will begin an investigation. Then contact Barkin Dog Bakery at thebarkindogbakery@gmail.com, to let us know so that we may assist in a proper resolution.
Can I Rush an Order?
Yes, of course! Select "Rush My Order" on the product page. A rushed order cuts down the standard baking and packaging time from 3-5 business days to 2 business days. This does not include shipping time.
All rush orders will have an additional fee which will be displayed when placing your order.
Can I Edit or Cancel My Order?
Because of how quickly orders are processed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit or cancel your order once it's been received. We will do our best to accommodate requests.

Does Barkin Dog Bakery Offer Returns?

How Do I Customize My Order?
If the item is eligible for customization, simply pull up the product you'd like to customize. Follow the prompts and enter the required information.
Can I Send Barkin Dog Bakery as a Gift?
Yes! You can absolutely send any of our products as a gift and include a free gift note in your order, too.
There will be an option to add a gift note on each "Product Page". Type your message in the box next to "Gift Note" and we will include your note in your furry friend's order. Please remember to use the shipping address of the intended recipient, if you are sending an order as a gift.
* Gift Orders do not contain pricing or invoices.
How Long Are Your Treats Good For?
The shelf life of all our baked items can be found on the product's page under "Shelf Life".
